House Rules

The minimum age for the main guest to make a reservation is 30 years.
Parties of any kind are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, including electronic cigarettes. Violation of this rule may result in a special cleaning fee of up to €100.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and guests must avoid making excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors.
Any use of the accommodation other than for lodging and overnight stays for vacation purposes is prohibited.
Any act of vandalism that may cause material or personal damage, to the building or inside the apartment, is prohibited.
Littering in the building's common areas or inside the apartment is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in a fine.
In general, any activity that may disturb the neighbors, especially during quiet hours, is prohibited.
Precautions must be taken to prevent doors and windows from slamming shut due to drafts, as this can cause property damage and personal injury. Door retainers are provided and must be used. Guests will be responsible for the consequences of not using these retainers when necessary.

Booking implies acceptance of the above rules by all guests. In accordance with Decree Law 09/2024 of the DOGV (Official Gazette of the Valencian Community), failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the termination of the rental agreement and the eviction of guests from the property without any right to compensation.
