Guest pre-registration: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, guests must provide their details, along with certain reservation information, to be registered on the state platform SES.HOESPEDAJES. Prior to the start of the reservation, the lead guest will receive a link to the CHECK-IN SCAN app by email, allowing them to provide all guest details. This data will be obtained by scanning the documentation, but no images of the ID will be saved. This information is sent to the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform, and a copy is stored in the TRAVELER REGISTRATION BOOK, which is mandatory under the aforementioned Royal Decree. This traveler's book is located on the servers of https://www.checkinscan.com/.
The legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The data will be retained as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, the data subject does not request its deletion, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
