Booking Conditions
1. Calculation of the Rental Amount
The rental amount is subject to a base daily rate, which varies on Fridays and Saturdays, and is subject to three seasonal rates:
High Season: July and August
Mid Season: June and September, and special dates such as Christmas, Fallas, and Easter
Low Season: The rest of the year
The price of a full-week reservation includes a discount off the base daily rate, ranging from 35% in low season to 0% in the summer months
* Cleaning Fee:
The rental amount includes a fee for cleaning the apartment and laundry after the stay, amounting to €90
* Last-Minute Discounts:
Bookings made less than 15 days before the start date will receive a 15% discount
* Card Payment Fees:
No fees will be applied to credit card payments.
* Cash Payment Discount:
Payment by cash upon check-in will receive a 3% discount on the total rental cost.
* Security Deposit:
There is no security deposit required for the rental of the accommodation.
* Booking Fees:
Since the reservation is made directly with the owner, no booking fee is charged.
2. Reservation and Payment Process
- To formalize the reservation, a 25% payment of the total amount is required using any of the established payment methods, including direct transfer to the owner or Bizum.
- The remaining amount will be paid using any of the established payment methods or in cash and in euros during check-in.
- The reservation price includes VAT.
- The reservation price includes any mandatory taxes. Tourist tax is not charged at Alboraya.
3. Services Included in the Reservation
- Rental of the entire apartment.
- Bed linen and shower towels are provided for each guest.
- All water, electricity, and gas bills.
- Post-stay cleaning service.
4. Additional Services
A baby crib is available, which must be requested in advance.
Any special requests must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Arrivals after 10:00 PM incur a €30 supplement.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM.
6. House Rules
- The minimum age of the main guest to make a reservation is 30 years old.
- Parties of any kind are prohibited.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the property.
- The rest period between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM must be respected, and noise that may disturb the neighbors must be avoided.
- Any use of the property other than accommodation and overnight stays for vacation purposes is prohibited.
- Any act of vandalism that may cause property or personal damage is prohibited, either in the community or inside the accommodation.
- Leaving trash in the common areas of the building or inside the apartment is prohibited.
- In general, any activity that may disturb neighbors is prohibited, especially during rest hours.
- Precautions must be taken to prevent doors and windows from slamming shut due to drafts, as this can lead to property and personal damage. Door stoppers must be used for this purpose.
- Lighting fires of any kind, including barbecues, inside the apartment are prohibited.
The reservation request implies acceptance of the above rules by all guests. In compliance with Decree Law 09/2024 of the DOGV (Official Gazette of the Spanish Government), failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the termination of the rental agreement, with the eviction of guests from the apartment without any right to compensation.
7. Guest Registration
In compliance with current regulations in Spain, all guests must complete the registration form before entering the apartment using the Check-In Scan link that will be sent to them in advance. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Guests are welcomed in person.
8. End of Stay
At the end of their stay, guests must:
- Dispose of trash in the appropriate containers.
- Turn off the air conditioning and other appliances.
- Close the windows.
- Remember to leave the apartment keys and the pool pass.
- Compliance with these conditions is essential to ensure a comfortable stay that is respectful of the environment and neighbors.
